In Part TWO – Building the Schedule, you’ll learn to apply the B.A.S.I.C.S. acronym to consistently build reliable schedules. You’ll also learn to add resources, calendars and documentation to your schedule. You’ll learn to compress your schedule, constrain it, level resources and perform an in-depth inspection before beginning the execution phase. This section covers many of the skills measured by Microsoft Project Exam 74-343.
In Part THREE – Executing the Schedule, you’ll learn to execute your schedule, track project cost, create stunning project status reports, consolidate two different schedules into one master view, create dependencies between schedules, officially close your project and customize the Project 2016 interface. You’ll also learn key skills measured by Microsoft Project Exam 74-343.
